To begin with, it is important to understand the basics of fertility.  If you are looking to get pregnant, it is best to conceive when or around the time the woman is ovulating.  In fact, peak fertility typically occurs two days before and two days after the ovulation date.  This provides a nice window to get pregnant.  Most women who are sexually active will get pregnant in a few months if they follow the ovulation guidelines.

Menstrual Cycle

Do not confuse ovulation with menstruation.  During the menstrual cycle, a woman most likely will not get pregnant.  It has happened.  However, it is less common and best results are found when the couple focuses on the ovulation period.

Nevada has 12% unemployment for example whereas North Dakota has 3.0% unemployment. Puerto Rico however takes the prize for the highest percentage of unemployed population at 15%. You have to know that the government can only extend these assistance offers for so long. What happens when the assistance runs out?

Is that in the near future? Only time (and elected officials) will tell.

Before The Search Even Begins

Before you actually start looking at apartments in Boston, you need to get a notebook and start making lists. An ‘I want’ list and an ‘I need’ list are two separate entities. Don’t combine them. What kind of home are you searching for? A single family; a multi family; a town house or small apartment—which suits you best? Put together a packet containing the following: tax returns and pay stubs; letters of recommendation and a resume of sorts; your latest credit check. This packet will be for your realtor. Aging is just part of life and there is no way we can get around it, however we can make aging a better process if we have the proper tools and fundamentals.

Procrastinate again however and you’re bound to be out of luck again as well. Concerts go hand in hand with music and music goes hand in hand with Broadway musicals. So if concerts aren’t available on the dates that you were hoping to visit the New York and New Jersey area you might consider a Broadway show.

Thanks to the Internet I was able to get hold of a master list off of which recent concerts of Bruce Springsteen’s have gone off of.
